CPEng Certification

All lifting equipment must be designed in accordance with AS 4991-2004 Lifting Devices.  This means all lifting devices must be certified by a  Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).  Re-Generate have several Chartered Professional Engineers on staff, ensuring that we are a one-stop shop for all you lifting equipment requirements.

Design Certification of Existing Lifting Equipment

Re-Generate utilise advanced 3D modelling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess existing lifting equipment against applicable standards such as AS 4991-2004 Lifting Devices and AS 3990-1993 Mechanical Equipment Steelwork.

Testing & Proof Loading

Proof loading is an essential part of the Design Certification process and is a requirement before the item is put into service.  Re-Generate have very experienced staff familiar with the design and witnessing of safe proof load and testing procedures.

Design Improvements & New Parts

Pre-existing lifting tools are often very old and haven't always been designed to the appropriate standards. The Design Verification process is an important part of identifying potentially unsafe lifting equipment and Re-Generate have the in-house design skills to modify and improve the existing equipment or replace with new bespoke lifting equipment .
